One Stop Paints Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. We do not offer returns for change of mind or other reasons.

2. Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will either exchange the product or issue a credit note at our discretion.

3. Returns Window

You have 28 days to return any faulty items from the date of reciving your order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. However, if the returned product is deemed faulty, we will refund the postage cost.

4. Proof of Purchase

To process any return, you must provide proof of purchase. This includes a copy of your receipt along with your return request.

5. Processing Time

Once the return is received and the fault has been confirmed, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note within 48 hours (working days).
